- Analyzing school and community challenges and opportunities that need to be addressed
- Help in creating of a community engagement time line
- Support in implementing community engagement strategies that generate 300-500 people at public meetings, 12-20 people at small group coffee discussions, one-on-one conversations with 150-200 key community leaders and civic involvement of another 200-400 residents who want to make a difference
- Training for Management Team members
- Coordination of the Educational 101 program
- Support in creating informational materials
- Trouble shooting when necessary
- Assistance in addressing short-term issues and concerns such as reducing operating costs, preparing residents for tax issue campaigns, providing leadership development and training and increasing educational support for at-risk students
- Strategic planning with a community partnership
